Exchange & Refund Policy

We want you to love your swimwear, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges Window:
You may request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

• Returned within 14 days of delivery

• Original tags must be attached

• Sanitary liners must be in place and untampered with

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Items must be free from any signs of wear, damage, or scent (e.g. deodorant, perfume, makeup, etc.)

Inspection Process:
All returned items will be carefully inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet the above conditions.

Refunds:
Once approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for a different size or style, subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, a credit will be issued instead.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns that do not comply with the above hygiene standards.  Thank you so much for understanding as we are a small brand and we really appreciate your understanding. 

How to Start a Return or Exchange:
Please contact us at gypseacultureinfo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return to initiate the process. We will provide detailed instructions and return shipping information.  Please allow 24-48 hours for us to get back to you. Thank you again for your understanding.
